SOAPedia is a web site that is devoted to organizing all the information we have about SOAPware and making it easily available. SOAPedia is also a wiki, which means it's a user editable web site. You are encouraged to contribute if you wish. (What is a wiki?). Visit our Introduction to SOAPedia page for some pointers on using this site.

After the download is complete, launch the Orientation.exe file. The program will unzip and the Orientation program will automatically open. The combination of Interactive videos along with adherence to an implementation guideline leads to a successful implementation for about 40% of practices.

Implementation Guides
The Implementation Guidelines are designed to walk you through the steps of introducing SOAPware to your practice and optimizing your practice workflow with SOAPware. Making an EHR work in your practice requires some planning, and this section will help you through the process.

Our Documentation Section is organized to match the layout of the SOAPware program itself. Here you will find every how to, tech note, white paper, and video we make concerning the usage of SOAPware. Because this section is still in early development, much of the content is currently unavailable.

Join our SOAPware Community! This area provides a number of useful resources such as: SOAPware Priorities, which allows you to prioritize what we develop next; the SOAPware Drawing board, where we solicit and share ideas concerning future product development; and links to a number of RSS feeds that can help keep you up to date with the latest happenings at SOAPware.

SOAPwareStatus.com is a clearinghouse of information for any service related issues that might affect SOAPware users. If any of the following SOAPware related services are offline, being upgraded, or maintained, we will update the status on SOAPwareStatus.com: Faxing Service, SHS, Library, Clinical Knowledge, Drug Interaction Checking, Licensing Server, SOAPware eRx, SOAPedia.com, SHS Nodes, phone lines, Internet Connectivity, or any service that affects multiple users.
